Co-Managed IT puts Copperband behind your internal IT instead of in place of them. Your IT staff can work alongside us in the same monitoring, ticketing, and documentation systems, with access to the tools and technical depth they need. When a problem needs more depth, senior technicians and extra hands are already there, and when someone on your team is out, the environment stays covered.

The Split Is Yours to Set

No two co-managed arrangements look the same, and ours run the full range. Some clients keep everything user-facing and hand us the infrastructure. Some keep their systems and bring us in for projects, escalations, and overflow. Your quote defines who owns what, and the line can move as your needs change.
