Convenience Is the New Courtesy
Not long ago, guests were pampered by personal attention. Courtesy is still key, but robust technology is increasingly important to today’s travelers. Having a lackluster network, slow wifi or outdated equipment will offend a guest as easily as a rude staff member. Today, you have to show your guests that you care in new ways. If you truly want them to cherish their experience, give them blazing-fast wifi and a streamlined check-in / check-out process. Once you’ve done that, the friendliness of your staff will be the icing on the cake.
