Managed IT Services
Copperband manages the day-to-day technology businesses depend on: user support, monitoring, maintenance, networks, servers, vendors, documentation, and onsite service. You get a local IT team with staffed offices in Clarksville and Nashville, working under a predictable monthly agreement.
One Team Responsible for Your IT
When nobody clearly owns IT, the work spreads everywhere. An office manager resets passwords. The owner calls the internet provider. A vendor blames the network. Updates get pushed off. New employees show up before their accounts and computers are ready.
Managed IT gives that work a clear owner.
Your employees have one place to call when they need help. Our monitoring systems watch covered equipment continuously and generate alerts when something needs attention. We maintain the environment, keep documentation current, coordinate with vendors, and go onsite when the work requires someone in the building.
What We Handle
- Help desk and user support. Your team can call, email, or submit a ticket when something is not working. Requests are handled by Copperband technicians who work with your environment every day, with senior technical staff available when a problem needs deeper attention.
- Monitoring, patching, and maintenance. Workstations, servers, and network equipment can be monitored continuously for health and availability. Patches and routine maintenance happen on a schedule instead of waiting for something to fail.
- Networks and infrastructure. We maintain the systems behind the users too: servers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, and the infrastructure that keeps the business connected.
- Onsite support. Remote support solves a lot, but not everything. Copperband has staffed offices in Clarksville and Nashville and technicians who can work onsite when hardware, networking, or the situation itself requires it.
- Vendor coordination. Internet carriers, software vendors, printers, phone providers, and other technology companies are part of almost every business environment. When an issue crosses company lines, we work the problem instead of handing you a list of numbers to call.
- Documentation and planning. We maintain the information needed to support the environment properly, including assets, systems, credentials, and network documentation. When equipment is aging or something needs to change, there is a plan instead of a surprise.
A Managed Agreement Built Around Your Environment
Copperband does not force every client into the same bundle.
We start by reviewing the environment, documenting what is already there, and determining what needs to be managed. Your quote defines the services included in your agreement, so the scope reflects your business rather than a generic package.
Onboarding brings the environment under management, removes the previous provider’s tools where necessary, installs ours, configures monitoring and patching, and gets the systems documented.
From there, the day-to-day IT work belongs with us.
Straightforward Monthly Pricing
Managed IT is typically priced per employee, with each user covering up to two business devices under the standard model.
We publish our pricing range because you should be able to understand the likely cost before sitting through a sales process.
Our Boots, Your Ground
Copperband has been serving businesses in this region since 2016. Our Clarksville and Nashville offices are staffed, our technicians work directly with the environments they support, and onsite service is part of how we operate.
For businesses in Clarksville, Nashville, Hopkinsville, and the communities in between, Managed IT means having an IT team close enough to know your business and capable enough to take responsibility for the technology behind it.
